Leading the crazy life that we lead this blog is my way of pleasing Grandparents, family and friends and keeping everyone up to date on our status. So the end of May finds us back in our home away from home, with all its heat and humidity, Atlanta, Georgia. The kids and I just got out here a week ago. We had to stay behind in Utah and tie off all of our loose ends. Little Nic had Preschool graduation on the 22nd. Cute!!! He was by far the most handsome graduate I've ever seen. It's moments like these that for me as a mother are so bittersweet. He is so smart and cute and I am so proud of the boy that he is growing up to be, but at the same time, he's growing up and I can't slow it down. Next year it will be kindergarten and then he will be 18 before I know it. Gracie had her last dance performance in May at Thanksgiving Points Tulip Festival. She sure looked cute and that was about it. She really has embraced the minimalist approach to dance. She looks cute and she knows it. She knows she doesn't have to break a sweat and we will still applaud and cheer at what a great job she did. Well we made a house change again just before coming out to Atlanta. We sadly left our beloved little townhouse, the best neighbors and the best little group of friends our kids have ever had behind in Lehi and made the long trek out west to Saratoga Springs. While we love our home out there it was very sad to leave such a wonderful group of people and the best little neighborhood ever. Tomorrow we have a big celebration to get ready for, Daddy's 31st birthday! Since he had to spend his 30th all alone last year, this year is shapping up to be a big deal, if I have anything to do with it. Well our adventures are just beggining here in hotlanta and I will do my best to update everyone on all our exciting days at the pool and evenings at the ball park. Go Braves!!!
